Self propelled flowers

This fortnight’s recipe at Dragonsdream Tag It On has been set by little old me and is “Self propelled flowers" - to include butterflies, flowers and locomotion/movement (plus the obligatory use of at least one stamp and for it to be on a tag). The idea for the tag came from R.H. Heinlein that "butterflies are self propelled flowers". I thought that was such a lovely idea! 

The tag and the cogs are covered in a few layers of Fresco Finish paint and a little Treasure Gold. The cogs were then stamped with a Wendy Vecchi flower stamp from Accents for Art.

I stamped three butterflies and made them 'fly' by raising them up by cutting a little clear packaging as a spacer. I used my Dymo to make the sentiment and voila! I hope you might join in with us this week!
