It's my turn again at Country View Crafts Challenges today and I used quotation from Robin Williams and Darcy's new stamps for my inspiration for the theme of Spring.
The background and flowers were coloured with Inktense pencils - I'm really enjoying experimenting with these pencils - there's lots still to learn but it's a fun process!
In the background the 'drops' are Darcy's new stencil and I used a Distress Marker to draw round it and then misted them with water to try and represent spring rain...!
We hope you've joined in with us this month - if not there's still plenty of time!
I am thrilled to have a project featured on the PaperArtsy blog tonight. The theme is resists and I had an experiment with something as a resist I've not used before. Please do pop over and read all about it!
Country View Crafts are celebrating Spring this month and there's some fabulous inspiration from the DT to entice you to join us and (hopefully!) win a prize! Spring for me is the start of a blooming garden - not that I am a gardener at all but I do love to see flowers in a garden! I used my Inktense pencils and lots of Dylusions stamps and a cheeky Stampotique chap in my small journal.
