I promised you another animal from Emma Godfrey's fabulous 'Happy' set to go with my bird and fish (gosh, the fish got a lot of love when it was debuted!) and actually I have two for you! Please pop over to the Country View Crafts Project blog and see what I made!

Industrial Easter Bunny

It's my turn over at Country View Crafts Challenges for another "industrial" project and I decided to think a little outside the box!
I rarely use my Easter Elements die which made me wonder what an Industrial Easter Bunny might look like! I covered card in metal tape and die cut the bunny and his bow and then embossed the background as well as the bunny and bow. Then I set to with alcohol inks and paint to make the elements all stand out.
I hope that you like my Easter bunny and that you feel inspired to join in with us this month, as always there's a prize to be won!

Industrial heart

The new theme at Country View Crafts Challenges is Industrial and I couldn't be more pleased! I have had so much fun this month making projects for this theme.
I die cut lots of cogs and stuck them to a large tag. I then covered them with metal tape and burnished them so the cog shape was clearly defined. Then I set to with lots of alcohol inks and paint so they looked more, well, industrial!
The heart was made by covering card in metal tape and embossing it. I drew a heart shape on the back, cut it out and covered it in alcohol ink. A few added extras and my heart tag was complete!
I hope you will join in with us this month - and there will be lots of inspiration on the blog from my very talented team mates! Thank you, as always, for popping by.
